EVERYANA CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONTENT SUBMISSION This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as “Contributor”) and Everyana (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), to establish the terms under which the Contributor submits content for publication.
By submitting content, the Contributor acknowledges, agrees, and legally binds themselves to the following terms:
1. CONTENT SUBMISSION & PUBLICATION
The Contributor voluntarily submits content (articles, news, blogs, images, videos, or any other media) for publication on Everyana and its affiliate networks.
Submitted content may be published automatically, without pre-screening, review, or editorial approval. Everyana assumes no responsibility for monitoring, editing, or verifying any submission before it goes live.
Everyana reserves the sole right to modify, remove, or reject any content at any time without notice, explanation, or consultation with the Contributor.
Publication does not indicate approval, endorsement, or verification by Everyana, its owners, affiliates, or editors.
2. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS
The Contributor retains ownership of their content but grants Everyana a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, edit, distribute, reproduce, syndicate, republish, and promote the content in any form or format, on any platform, including but not limited to:
Everyana’s website and affiliated platforms
Partner websites, syndication services, and social media channels
Promotional materials, newsletters, and third-party networks
The Contributor understands and agrees that once content is submitted, Everyana is not obligated to take it down upon request.
3. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
The Contributor fully assumes all responsibility for their submitted content and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everyana, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any legal, financial, or reputational consequences, including but not limited to:
Copyright violations, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of third-party materials.
Defamation, libel, slander, privacy violations, or misinformation resulting from the content.
Legal claims, lawsuits, fines, damages, or settlements arising from the content, including government inquiries, regulatory actions, or private disputes.
Advertising or affiliate disclosures, including compliance with regulations such as FTC or respective territory-based guidelines for sponsored or promotional content.
AI-generated content, undisclosed affiliations, or any deceptive practices linked to the content submission.
Any direct or indirect consequences of content publication, including public backlash, reputational harm, or third-party disputes.
The Contributor understands that Everyana does not assume, share, or absorb any liability related to the content’s publication or its effects.
4. CONTENT MODERATION & REVIEW
Everyana does not actively monitor content before or after publication.
Everyana reserves the right to remove, reject, or modify any content at its sole discretion, without consultation or approval from the Contributor.
The Contributor acknowledges that content may remain live indefinitely, may be redistributed, and may be repurposed as needed.
Once published, content removal is not guaranteed, even upon request.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & SECURITY COMPLIANCE
To ensure accountability, transparency, and prevent misuse of the platform, the Contributor agrees to provide and verify the following details:
Full legal name, valid government-issued ID, and country of residence.
Verified email address and active phone number.
Public social media or professional profile (if required for credibility purposes).
A disclosure statement outlining any AI-generated elements, external affiliations, or promotional intent associated with the content.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in immediate termination of the Contributor’s account, content removal, and potential legal action in case of fraudulent or deceptive activities.
6. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
The Contributor agrees to fully disclose the following before submitting content:
Any AI-generated content involvement (full, partial, or assistance-based).
Affiliate links, sponsorships, or promotional ties within the content.
Potential conflicts of interest, political affiliations, or financial incentives that may impact the content’s objectivity.
Failure to disclose any of the above may result in permanent account suspension, content takedown, and potential legal action.
The Contributor must NOT:
Use misleading, false, or deceptive information.
Submit content obtained from AI tools without clear disclosure.
Engage in fraudulent activities, including impersonation or using fake credentials.
Violate copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or engage in unauthorized sharing.
7. PRIVACY, SECURITY & RIGHTS OF EVERYANA
Everyana reserves the right to provide contributor details to legal authorities in cases of legal inquiries, violations, or complaints.
Everyana retains the right to monetize submitted content, license it to third parties, and use it for promotional purposes without additional approvals.
Everyana does not guarantee the security, confidentiality, or anonymity of Contributor submissions.The Contributor agrees that they have no claim, right, or entitlement to demand compensation, data removal, or legal intervention against Everyana regarding the use, modification, or handling of their submissions.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By submitting content, the Contributor expressly agrees to the following:

I confirm that my submission is original, factual, and legally compliant with all relevant laws and accept full and sole responsibility for any legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from my content.I fully indemnify Everyana, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, or damages related to my content. And I acknowledge that Everyana reserves the right to publish, edit, modify, reject, or remove my content at its sole discretion.

I understand that content once published may not be removed, and I waive any rights to demand its deletion and I grant Everyana a permanent, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and repurpose my content. I have provided accurate personal details and understand that failure to disclose AI-generated content, affiliations, or promotional intent may result in legal consequences and I waive all claims, financial demands, or legal actions against Everyana regarding content publication, removal, or modification.
